A poor girl's castle

I am not sure why my girls love to play with the canned goods but they do and it never ceases to amaze me the ways they come with to play with them. The latest is a princess castle. Cora loves all the towers that she can make. Molly has really started to love playing with these princesses also. She will get Cinderella and the Prince and pretend to make them dance and kiss. It is so great to watch her imagination grow.

Fun In the snow!

When Michael got home from work we all headed outside to play in the snow. Cora had a great time but Molly was not real sure about the whole thing. But of course as you can see in the picture she had some problems walking. Yes it is that deep out there. We had a great time. Michael "buried" the girls in the snow while he was shoveling the driveway. They of course thought that was great. I have to say I love it when they are so bundled up that you can only see their eyes, nose, and mouth.
Cora loves to make snow angels.
We had a wonderful day and I am sure that we will have a few more also. It takes a while for 12 inches to melt.

Now this is a reason to cancel school!

I laughed last week when I talked to my sister and she told me that the kids did not have school because there was about 1/2 inch of snow on the ground. I love my hometown in Georgia! We woke up to this much snow this morning and yes it is still snowing. There is about a foot of snow on the grill. I will post more pictures of the girls playing outside later.

Getting Outside

It is not very often that we get a day in January that we can go outside and not turn into popsicles. So we took advantage of the other day and went out for some fresh air. It was great! There was still a little bit of snow on the ground so the girls had fun playing in what was left. Their hands were so cold but they did not even care.

Oh how Judah loves the girls

My sister, Patty, has two sweet little boys, Samuel and Judah. Well Judah loves to kiss and love on girls. He is so sweet but I am not sure that Molly thinks that it is a great idea. I hope that Patty managed to get a better picture than I did.

Just Chillin' Out

I walked into Cora's room today to see what the girls were up to because it was way to quiet and lets face it that is never a good thing. This is what I found. Two girls laying down and listening to music. WHAT?! This never happens at our house! I ran to get the camera so I could document this rare occasion.

Dress up Girl

Molly has really gotten into dressing up the last few days. Just like her sister you never know what she is going to come in looking like. I love these dress up days.

Cora's Photography

Cora wants to take pictures all the time and these are the latest. She even took the bottom one of herself. Not to bad big girl!

Cora's Scooter

Cora Mae got a scooter for Christmas and she loves it. If you have ever been to our house you know that it is not the biggest, but she rides it all over the house. If I give her something to put away she will put it into the basket on the scooter and then says, "Mom I will scooter it there."

Cool Cat

Molly found these sunglasses the other day and did not take them off for about 3 days. She just walked around the house like she was the coolest thing in world. She was so cute.
