Front Yard Picnic

On Saturday Michael and I were working out in the yard and the girls were either helping or playing depending on how you look at it. It was getting close to lunch time when Cora Mae looked at me said, "hey can we have a picnic outside today?" I said why not. So I went in and made us a quick lunch, grabbed a blanket, and headed out to the front yard. We had such a great family time together. It was a wonderful afternoon!

Mulching with MeMe

While we were outside playing at MeMe's house, she decided to so a little mulching. Well the girls loved the idea of helping her. So the brought her handful after handful of pine straw to get her flower garden just right.

Cora Mae's Graduation

Cora Mae graduated from Pre K about a week ago. She had a wonderful year with great teachers. It is so hard to believe that my big girl is going to Kindergarten next year. We are so proud of her and all her hard work. Please ignore the big stroller in the video.

The Cliffs

The last day that we were there we went to the cliffs. It was raining and windy but absolutely worth being wet and cold.

The House

We were very lucky to stay in this house while we were in Ireland. Judean and Paul work with a guy, John, from Ireland. His sister, Michelle, lives here and she graciously let us stay. Oh my word it is beautiful!! All 29, 000 square feet of it. Yes I wrote that correctly.

This is the wing that most of us stayed in.
This wing has the indoor pool in it.

Getting Ready....

It was a very interesting ride to the hotel where the wedding took place. A 1 1/2 hour trip turned to at least 3 hours. A wrong turn, construction, and a funeral were all a part of the saga. It really was like a movie. We ran in and got the bride ready as fast as we could. It was a lot of fun getting her ready even though it was a little stressful because we were so late.
